01. What if I am unsure whether the battery will fit?
Before ordering, email xgyssp1@moojay.com with your exact scooter model and photos of the current battery label, connector and mounting area. This helps MOOJAY check details that a model name alone may not show. Topmate ES32 is not compatible.
02. What if my original charger is missing or damaged?
Contact MOOJAY to confirm a suitable replacement before charging. Do not choose a charger solely because its plug fits or its voltage appears similar; the replacement must be confirmed for your scooter and battery.
03. How should I plan riding range with this battery?
No separate riding-range figure is specified for this replacement battery. Plan around your compatible scooter and actual conditions, including rider load, route, speed, temperature and battery condition. Capacity alone is not a promise of distance.
04. What if I need help fitting the replacement?
Follow the instructions for your scooter model. If the mounting arrangement is unclear or existing parts are missing or damaged, contact MOOJAY with photos before attempting installation. The removal image is a reference, not a universal installation guide.
05. Can I order for a destination outside the listed regions?
Email MOOJAY with your country and postal code before ordering. Support can check whether delivery is available and confirm destination-specific shipping information. Do not assume every address is covered.
06. What should I send when requesting after-sales support?
Email xgyssp1@moojay.com with your order number, battery model BES3X02, scooter model and a description of the issue. Include clear photos or a short video where helpful so support can assess the problem and advise the next step.
