The maximum rider weight is 275 lb (125 kg). The front basket and rear rack are each rated for up to 55.1 lb (25 kg). Distribute cargo securely and never use either cargo rating as an increase to the stated rider limit.

The stated maximum climbing angle is up to 30° under suitable conditions. Actual climbing ability varies significantly with rider and cargo weight, battery charge, approach speed, surface grip, tire pressure, weather, and route length.

The 20 × 4.0-inch tires are suited to paved streets and firm recreational surfaces where riding is permitted. Reduce speed on loose, wet, icy, or uneven ground, and avoid deep water, severe potholes, unstable edges, and terrain beyond your ability.

It uses front and rear mechanical disc brakes. Braking distance varies with speed, load, weather, surface, pad and rotor condition, tire grip, cable adjustment, and maintenance.

Front fork suspension and seat suspension help reduce ordinary impacts and vibration. They improve comfort but do not remove the need to slow down for potholes, curbs, rough ground, or other hazards.

Brief exposure to light rain may occur during normal use, but prolonged rain, heavy downpours, standing water, flooding, submersion, and pressure washing should be avoided. Dry the bike fully before charging or storage.

The EB51 arrives approximately 85% pre-assembled. Follow the included manual and assembly video, then check all fasteners, wheels, brakes, handlebar alignment, tire pressure, battery lock, lights, and controls before riding.

The EB51 includes a 10W LED headlight, taillight, and turn signals. These support visibility but do not replace reflective clothing, situational awareness, or any equipment required by local law.

Secure cargo so it cannot shift, touch the wheels, obstruct steering, cover lights, or interfere with braking. Keep heavier items low and balanced, stay within each 25 kg rating, and allow additional stopping distance when carrying cargo.

The handlebar display provides essential riding information such as speed, battery status, and selected assistance information. Available functions and riding modes can vary by market configuration.

Regularly check tire pressure and wear, brake response and pad condition, cable adjustment, wheel security, drivetrain lubrication, fasteners, lights, battery contacts, and charger condition. Have damaged or uncertain components inspected before riding.

Use only the supplied charger or a replacement specifically confirmed as compatible by MOOJAY. An incorrect voltage, connector, polarity, or charging profile can damage the battery and create a safety risk.

The bike has a two-year limited product warranty and the battery has a one-year limited warranty. Normal wear items such as tires and brake pads are excluded. Misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, water ingress, accidents, and non-manufacturing damage are not covered.
