Check the model shown on your scooter label or original order record. Email MOOJAY with that information and clear photos of the existing front fender and its attachment points so support can help check the match before you order.
02. What if my mounting screws are missing or damaged?
Contact MOOJAY before fitting. Send your scooter model and photos of the mounting area, plus any remaining original screws. Support can help identify the fixing requirements; do not choose replacement screws solely because they appear to fit a hole.
03. What should I check after impact damage?
Look at the surrounding attachment points as well as the broken fender. If nearby parts also appear damaged or out of position, send photos to support before ordering so the replacement requirements can be checked.
04. What if the mounting holes do not line up?
Stop fitting instead of forcing the part or altering its holes. Send MOOJAY your scooter model and photos showing the replacement beside the original part and the mounting area, and ask for fitting advice.
05. How do I check delivery to a remote or unusual address?
Email your country, postal code and address type before ordering. Support can check any destination restrictions or additional shipping charges that may apply to your address.
06. What information helps when requesting support?
Include your order number, scooter model and a short description of the issue. Add an overall photo of the affected area and close-ups of the relevant part or attachment point so support can assess the next step.
