Select US / Canada, EU, AU or UK for the regional power cord supplied with your charger. One cord is included, not all four.
If you add a plug preference in your order notes, make it consistent with your selected option. If the two differ, the plug requirement must be confirmed before dispatch.

01. How can I check whether my battery is the right one?
Check the battery label and your original order details. If either is unclear, email MOOJAY photos of the battery label, charging port and original charger label before ordering.
02. Can I use this just because the connector fits?
No. The battery charging requirements, output rating and connector arrangement must all match. Ask support to check the original charger and battery details if you are unsure.
03. What if my selected plug and order note differ?
Contact MOOJAY with your order number and the plug you need before dispatch. A conflicting note and selected option require confirmation to avoid sending the wrong cord.
04. What should I do if the connector does not fit easily?
Do not force the connector or modify it. Contact MOOJAY with clear photos of the charging port and supplied connector so the match can be checked.
05. What if the charger or cable appears damaged?
Do not use a charger with visible damage. Send your order number and clear photos of the affected charger, cable or connector to MOOJAY for guidance.
06. How can I confirm delivery to a remote address?
Before ordering, email your country, postal code and address type. Support can check destination restrictions or additional shipping charges that may apply.
